Delete your ABQAC account

The quickest way: delete it in the app

If you can still sign in, you can do this yourself and it takes effect straight away. No waiting, and nobody has to check anything.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email, phone number, photo and profile details are erased.
• Your XP, streak, level, practice history, answers and memorisation progress are erased.
• Any certificates issued to you are deleted and their verification links stop working.
• Your invitation code stops working, and referrals linked to it are unlinked.
• Duels you played remain for your opponent, with your name removed.
• If you competed in an ABQAC tournament, the record of that competition stays on the association roster — it belongs to the tournament, not to your app account — but it is no longer connected to any login.

Deletion is permanent. There is no grace period and no way for us to restore an account afterwards, so please be sure.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Use the form below and an ABQAC administrator will delete the account for you. Because you are not signed in, we have to check that the address is really yours before erasing anything — otherwise anyone could delete anyone else's account just by typing their email.
